海拔与林隙对色季拉山急尖长苞冷杉林土壤线虫群落的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of elevation and forest gap on soil nematode communities in Abies georgei var.smithii forest in the Sejila Mountains
为了解青藏高原高寒森林土壤线虫对海拔及林隙的响应,选取藏东南色季拉山急尖长苞冷杉林为研究区,采用高通量测序技术分析森林内不同海拔和林隙下土壤线虫群落差异.结果表明:在研究区的急尖长苞冷杉林中,土壤线虫多样性随海拔降低而增加;林隙的线虫多样性略高于林内,但差异不显著;海拔变化显著改变土壤线虫群落结构,但林隙与林内线虫群落结构较为相似;刺嘴纲(Enoplea)和三矛目(Triplonchi-da)在该森林的中海拔(4292 m)占比最高;土壤含水量、…查看全部>>
