基于复杂网络分析针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈的选穴规律
Complex network-based analysis of acupuncture point selection patterns in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis

Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the pattern of acupuncture point selection in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis using complex network technology.[Methods]Search for literature related to acupuncture for spasmodic torticollis from January 1,1990 to October 31,2022 in CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and Web of Science.Excel 2019 was used to build the database,and the frequency of acupuncture points,acupuncture point attribution,and acupuncture point distribution sites were counted,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 was selected for association rule analysis;Gephi 0.9.2 software was selected for complex network analysis.[Results]A total of 100 papers containing 123 acupuncture prescriptions involving 163 acupoints were included,and the total frequency of acupoints was 1 291.The fourteen meridian points were used most frequently,followed by empirically effective points;Fengchi(GB20),Baihui(GV20),and Hegu(LI4)were the top 3 acupoints used in acupuncture for spasmodic torticollis;the DU Meridian,the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang,and the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang were the top 3 meridians used;the acupoints used were mostly distributed on the head,face,and neck.Fengchi(GB20)-Yanglingquan(GB34),Yongquan(KI1)-Laogong(PC8),Baihui(GV20)-Yintang(GV29),and Shuigou(GV26)-Laogong(PC8)-Yongquan(KI1)were the high-frequency acupoint pairs for acupuncture treatment of spasmodic torticollis.[Conclusion]The clinical acupuncture treatment for spasmodic torticollis is more diversified,but most of them are based on local acupuncture points and doctors'experience,and the standardized operation and clinical research need to be promoted and deepened.关键词
