宫颈液基细胞学检查联合阴道镜Reid评分在宫颈癌前病变筛查中的应用价值
Application value of cervical liquid based cytology combined with colposcopy Reid score in the screening of cervical precancerous lesions

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of cervical liquid based cytology combined with colposcopy Reid score in the screening of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 277 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were screened in the Outpatient Department of Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2023.Cervical liquid based cytology and colposcopy were performed.Taking cervical histopathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the application value of cervical liquid based cytology combined with colposcopy Reid score in cervical precancerous lesions screening was analyzed.Results The cervical histopathological diagnosis results showed that among 277 patients with cervical precancerous lesions,119 cases were positive and 158 cases were negative.The Kappa value of the combined screening results and cervical histopathological diagnosis results was 0.896,which was higher than that of the cervical liquid based cytology and cervical histopathological diagnosis(Kappa=0.722),and higher than that of the colposcopy Reid score and cervical histopathological diagnosis(Kappa=0.755).The sensitivity and positive predictive value of the combination of cervical liquid based cytology and colposcopy Reid score in screening cervical precancerous lesions were higher than those of cervical liquid based cytology,the accuracy was higher than that of the two screening methods alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).Conclusion Cervical liquid based cytology and colposcopy Reid score have certain application value in the screening of cervical precancerous lesions,and the combination of the two examination can improve the screening value.关键词
