摘要
Abstract
The evolution of the US and European refining industries,as well as the development of related refining technologies in recent years is reviewed.The industry and technology development network and future development trends is analyzed.The development of refining technology has been driven by automobile exhaust emission and the related fuels standards,refinery emission standards,changes in oil and gas resource and raw material supply,biofuels standards and carbon reduction policy under the energy security policies.However,the availability of resourses and technical economy are always key considerations for the R&D of refining technology and alternative technology.Energy security and carbon neutrality will drive the transformation of refining towards chemical industry,co-processing of low-carbon raw materials,coupling of renewable energy in refineries,and large-scale deployment of CCUS technology in refineries in the future.Such technologies are greatly affected by market and policies,and further research is needed to predict market trends and study the policies,carefully bulid up the industrialization timeline,and scientifically screen the low-carbon technology in terms of resourses availability and the entire life cycle.关键词
