Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging for axillary metastatic lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 90 patients with breast cancer admitted to the First Rongjun Youfu Hospital of Shandong Province from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.Pathological examination showed 68 cases with metastatic lymph nodes and 22 cases with non-metastatic lymph nodes. All patients were examined by ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging, and the results of magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound were compared between the two types. Results In the ultrasonography of metastatic lymph nodes, the main blood flow grade was above grade 2,and the main blood flow types were peripheral and mixed type.In the ultrasonography of non-metastatic lymph nodes, the main blood flow was grade 1-2,and the blood flow type was mainly portal and dispersed type. There were significant differences in Adler blood flow grade and blood flow type between metastatic lymph nodes and non-metastatic lymph nodes(P<0.05).In magnetic resonance imaging of metastatic lymph nodes,L/S>2,cortical thickness>3 mm.In magnetic resonance imaging of metastatic lymph nodes,L/S,cortical thickness,ADC value, and the proportion of irregular edges, unclear fat space, high DWT,uneven enhancement,no lymph portal were higher than those of non-metastatic lymph nodes, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging examinations can effectively diagnose axillary metastatic lymph nodes in breast cancer patients, and appropriate diagnostic methods can be selected for patients based on the characteristics of the examination methods.关键词
