Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Laiwu District Zhangjiawa Community Health Service Center in Jinan City were selected from June 2022 to June 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=50)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=50)received comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,cesarean section rate,and incidence of complications,adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum infection,macrosomia,and neonatal jaundice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can assist drugs to control blood glucose level,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and the incidence of complications,adverse maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
