舒适化护理在女性无痛胃镜检查中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in female painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 74 female patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in the Endoscopy Room,Jinan Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(37 cases,routine nursing)and the study group(37 cases,comfort nursing).The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.30%,which was higher than 81.08%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing in the female painless gastroscopy,can improve nursing satisfaction and negative emotion.关键词
