摘要
Abstract
At present,Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.has two sets of cracking gasoline hydrogenation units.During the production of the unit,polymerization of the five decarbonizing towers and the nine decarbonizing towers as well as their reboilers has occurred for many times,and the conventional treatment method after polymerization is not effective,which consumes time and power.Therefore,the unit has solved this problem perfectly by taking bold assumptions,combining theory with practice,and using hot immersion of hydrogenation gasoline.It is very effective to use the conventional treatment method after hot soaking of hydrogenated gasoline,which is very easy to remove the polymer and greatly saves maintenance costs.关键词
