Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on limb rehabilitation in female patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 female patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(40 cases, routine nursing mode intervention)and the observation group(40 cases, rehabilitation training mode intervention)by random number table method. The neurological function, limb motor function, and complications of the two groups were observed. Results After intervention, the neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the balance ability, upper limb movement, and lower limb movement scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of hip external rotation, foot drop, and pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation training in female patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction is beneficial to the recovery of nerve function and limb function, and reduces complications.关键词
