Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of infusion heater combined with operating room nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who received hysteroscopic surgery in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the odd-even grouping method.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was combined with infusion heater on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,coagulation function,complications,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group immediately after anesthesia,30 min after anesthesia,60 min after anesthesia,and immediately after the operation(P<0.05).After operation,the activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,and thrombin time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of infusion heater combined with operating room nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery is good,which can effectively maintain the patients'body temperature,improve the coagulation function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and increase satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
