Abstract
The circulating water field cooling water pump in the petrochemical refining enterprise are all fixed frequency motors,and the process adjustment is carried out through the export valve,resulting in large throttling losses and unable to achieve fine adjustment,resulting in high energy consumption.Under the promise of meeting the safety production of the company,through the use of system optimization and brushless doubly-fed motor for frequency conversion speed regulation transformation,the speed regulation operation of the pump and fan is realized,the throttling losses of the valve are eliminated,accurate adjustment is achieved,energy consumption is reduced,and energy optimization is achieved.关键词
