Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in perioperative period of parturients with cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients with cesarean section in the Obstetric Ward of Mengcheng County First People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of the control group,and the psychological state and pain of the two groups were compared.Results On the day of operation,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were higher than those at admission,and the scores of SAS and SDS at 3 days after operation were lower than those on the day after operation(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores of the observation group at 2,12,48,and 72 hours after delivery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing intervention in perioperative period of parturients with cesarean section is good,which can effectively improve the psychological state,and reduce pain degree of parturients.关键词
