Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing intrauterine device placement.Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing intrauterine device placement in Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liaocheng City from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(55 cases)and the study group(55 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.The negative emotions,adverse reactions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of patient health questionnaire-9 and generalized anxiety disorder-7 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing intrauterine device placement can ameliorate the negative emotions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of complications,and has clinical popularization value.关键词
