Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing based on objectives management theory combined with non-invasive sputum suction special nursing in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 76 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to admission order,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing based on objectives management theory combined with non-invasive sputum suction special nursing.The disappearance time of symptoms,the total incidence of complications,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough and phlegm,wheezing,pulmonary rale,and fever in the observation group was(4.42±1.30),(2.23±0.69),(5.26±1.17),and(1.83±0.58)d,respectively,which was shorter than(6.97±1.05),(3.14±0.76),(6.95±1.22),(2.96±0.65)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,the the scores of emotion,physiology,social function,and school performance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on objectives management theory combined with non-invasive sputum suction special nursing in children with bronchopneumonia has significant application effect,which can promote the relief of symptoms,reduce complications,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
