Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing model on the maternal and infant outcomes of elderly parturients. Methods A total of 110 elderly parturients admitted to Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects. All the elderly parturients were divided into the study group and the control group using the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received high-quality nursing model. The delivery methods, incidence of postpartum complications, labors, and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of placental abruption and postpartum haemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first, second, third, and total stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine distress in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in elderly parturients can improve the natural delivery rate, shorten the labor, and improve maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
