Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 74 newborns born in Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the newborns were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received bird nest nursing on the basis of the reference group.The growth and development status,clinical indicators,neuropsychological development status,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the weight,height,and head circumference of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature change amplitude of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the increase in milk intake,frequency of defecation,and sleep time were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of developmental screen test in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing can promote their growth and development and neuropsychological development,and improve family nursing satisfaction.关键词
