Abstract
Wind-to-heat technology,a form of wind energy utilization,has recently attracted considerable attention from academia and industry.This paper summarizes the essence of wind-to-heat technology,reviews its research and development as well as application progress and points out future development directions in theoretical research,key equipment manufacturing,and engineering implementation.The analysis results show that there has been a steady improvement in the technological maturity of wind-to-heat,with increasingly apparent benefits to the power grid and economic gains.Wind-to-heat conversion and wind turbine heat pump technologies are nearing commercial viability,and direct wind heating has shown its feasibility in engineering practice.Hoping that the results of this paper can provide information for subsequent in-depth research in the field.关键词
