Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received refined nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing,and lung rales in the study group([3.63±1.32],[5.34±1.31],[3.52±0.78],and[5.36±1.54]days)was shorter than that in the control group([4.56±1.49],[6.05±0.80],[4.47±0.80],and[6.85±1.42]days),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of family,life,body,anxiety,and depression in the study group([6.70±1.34],[6.21±1.05],[5.90±1.45],[6.02±1.45]and[5.72±1.37]points)were higher than those in the control group([5.65±1.27],[5.30±1.18],[4.65±1.23],[4.90±1.17],and[4.85±1.24]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,nursing comfort,medical environment,and health education in the study group([22.12±1.42],[23.04±1.05],[23.36±0.89],and[22.90±1.04]points)were higher than those in the control group([18.95±1.75],[18.04±1.24],[19.95±1.06],[18.75±1.25]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing for children with Mycoplasma pneumonia can accelerate the recovery process,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of parents.关键词
