Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in patients with adenomammectomy.Methods A total of 68 patients with adenomammectomy admitted to the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,People's Hospital of Lanling County from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34)using the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given standardized nursing.The negative emotions,compliance behavior,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of standardized nursing in patients with adenomammectomy has a significant effect,which can alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications,improve medical compliance behavior,and is conductive to the postoperative recovery of patients.关键词
