2008-2018年揭阳市艾滋病流行病学特征分析
Epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Jieyang from 2008 to 2018

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)in Jieyang,Guangdong Province,from 2008 to 2018,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS in Jieyang.Methods:Case data of HIV/AIDS patients reported in Jieyang from 2008 to 2018 were collected through the National AIDS Network Direct Reporting Information System and the Jieyang People's Hospital Information System.The temporal,spatial and population distribution of reported cases were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results:A total of 813 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Jieyang from 2008 to 2018,including 678(83.4%)males and 135(16.6%)females,with a male-to-female sex ratio of 5.02:1,and a median age at onset of 33.0 years for males and 42.5 years for females.In terms of temporal distribution,the incidence rate was lowest in 2008(0.05/100,000)and highest in 2018(3.34/100,000),with a trend of increasing incidence year by year;the incidence rate was higher in May,June,July,and August(composition ratios of 12.3%,10.2%,10.7%,and 11.6%,respectively);and lower incidence rates in October,November,and December(composition ratios of 2.9%,3.9%,and 3.9%,respectively).In terms of spatial distribution,cases were reported in all 5 districts and counties in Jieyang,with the top 2 incidence rates being in Rongcheng(2.89/100,000)and Jiedong(2.40/100,000),followed by Pu'ning(1.59/100,000),Jiexi(0.76/100,000),and Huilai(0.47/100,000),respectively.In terms of population distribution,cases were reported in all age groups,with 20 to<50 years old being the main incidence group(65.2%)and 20 to<30 years old patients accounting for the highest proportion(26.3%).Of the 366 patients who attended Jieyang People's Hospital,66.7%were HIV-infected and 33.3%were AIDS patients;in terms of occupational distribution,farmers accounted for the highest proportion(46.7%);and sexual transmission was the main mode of transmission(98.4%),with heterosexual transmission accounting for 53.0%of the cases,and male-to-male transmission accounting for 43.2%of the cases.Conclusion:The incidence of HIV/AIDS in Jieyang showed a yearly increasing trend from 2008 to 2018,with the highest incidence in Rongcheng,men aged 20 to<50 years old as the main incidence population,sexual transmission as the main transmission route,and farmers as the main occupation.关键词
