摘要

Abstract

Compared with traditional alloys,medium entropy alloys with excellent properties such as high strength and high plasticity can satisfy more practical applications.In this paper,the mechanical properties of CoNiV alloy were improved by adding small amounts of Al into the alloy and annealing at different temperatures.As-cast(CoNiV)100-xAlx(x=1,2,3,4,5 atom fraction/%)alloys with different Al content were prepared.Using a universal testing machine,Vickers hardness tester,X-ray diffractometer,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,the effects of annealing temperature,Al content and tensile deformation on mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy were studied.The results show that with the increase of Al content,the tensile elongation of the alloy increases to more than 30%,and the Vickers hardness increases from 755.8 down to 375.6.After annealed at 1 000℃,the alloy reaches a higher strength-plasticity equilibrium,the elongation can reach more than 35%,and the tensile yield strength is higher(more than 950 MPa).In this experiment,the(CoNiV)97Al3(Al3)was selected as the research object.The effects of tensile deformation(50%,100%)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al3 alloy were systematically analyzed.During the tensile deformation of Al3 alloy,the dislocation slip dominates the deformation,and the twins increase the dislocation storage and promote the dislocation slip accumulation.
