Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 88 children with diarrhea treated in Kouzhen Street Community Health Service Center in Laiwu District,Jinan City from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)by random number table method.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received fine nursing on the basis of the control group.Complications,sleep duration,and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daytime and nighttime sleep time of children in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fine nursing measures on children with diarrhea is remarkable,which can improve nursing satisfaction,improve sleep quality and reduce complications.关键词
