Abstract
This paper focuses on the reconstruction of distribution networks under single-phase grounding fault in distributed PV power generation.By analyzing the particularity of distribution network reconstruction under single-phase grounding fault,a dual layer optimization model for distribution network reconstruction under single-phase to ground faults is established.Then,a dual layer particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to combine the branch switching method with the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm.Heuristic rules are used to reduce the number of switch combinations that need to be considered,quickly determining the distribution network reconstruction plan with the minimum distribution network loss and fewer switch actions.Finally,the model and strategy are validated through simulation using an IEEE14 node distribution network example.The research results show that the plan proposed in this paper can reasonably determine the output power of distributed PV power source after considering distributed PV power generation,while also optimizing the two-stage reconstruction scheme for single-phase grounding fault,reducing the losses caused by faults.The simulation results have verified the effectiveness and correctness of this plan.关键词
