Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle application in disinfection supply room on cleaning and sterilizing effect of surgical instruments in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 2000 surgical instruments for obstetrics and gynecology in Supply Room,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Taierzhuang District of Zaozhuang City from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected.According to the difference of nursing management plan,they were divided into reference group(1000 pieces,routine management)and experimental group(1000 pieces,PDCA cycle management).The cleanliness and disinfection effect of the two groups were compared.Results The cleanliness score in the experimental group was(4.82±0.86)points,which was higher than(2.21±0.32)points in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The packing score,cleaning score,and disinfection score in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in disinfection supply room in the cleaning and sterilization for obstetrics and gynecology surgical instruments can improve the cleanliness and disinfection effect,which is worth promoting.关键词
