Abstract
Objective To study the anti-enterovirus 71 effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in vitro.Methods With guanidine hydrochloride as positive control,CellTiter-GloTM was used to determine the cytotoxicity of the tested samples at Vero-E6 cell level,and the expression level of enterovirus protein was determined by indirect immunofluorescence assay,so as to evaluate the antiviral effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye on EV71.Results The median cytotoxic concentration for Vero-E6 cells was 127.2 mg/ml,the median effective concentration for EV71 virus replication inhibition was 3.193 mg/ml,and the selection index was 39.8.Conclusion On the level of Vero-E6 cells,Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye has obvious antiviral effect on EV71.关键词
