从"髓海不足"论治重症肌无力
Feasibility of Treating Myasthenia Gravis from Marrow Sea Deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Myasthenia gravis(MG),an autoimmune disease of the nervous system,is recognized as a refractory disease in the world.In recent years,the new approaches for treating myasthenia gravis are still the focus of research,and the TCM treatment is garnering increasing attention.MG is classified as an atrophy-flaccidity disease in TCM,with marrow sea deficiency and nourish-ment loss of meridians as the major pathogenesis.TCM treatment from marrow sea deficiency can eliminate the root cause and thus treat the disease quickly and effectively.This paper analyzes the relationship between MG and marrow sea deficiency from the theo-ry of visceral manifestation,theory of essential qi,theory of meridians and collaterals,and modem medical research,providing a the-oretical basis for treating MG from marrow sea deficiency.On this basis,we put forward that the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MG from marrow sea deficiency should pay attention to the tonifying of both yin and yang to promote the functional recovery of mar-row.Meanwhile,importance should be attached to the care of the spleen and stomach to continuously nourish the marrow.关键词
