信息资产统一管理平台设计OA

The paper reports on the current situation of massive information assets and lack of unified management in the process of information construction in colleges and universities.In response to this challenge,a novel Information Asset Management Platform has been designed to achieve full lifecycle management of tangible and intangible information assets.By eliminating barriers between systems,the platform integrates information asset management platform,process platform,and data center.Processes can be initiated based on requirements,and there is collaboration with devices such as DHCP,DNS,and IT resource management to effectively manage and monitor resources in real-time.Simultaneously,visual technology is employed to showcase information across different dimensions,providing not only a clear overview of the system's operational status,but more importantly,offering reliable data support for informed decision-making.
