摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of internet-based mindfulness-based intervention(MBI)on cancer patients. Methods:PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,Sinomed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched by computer to collect randomized controlled trials on internet-based mindfulness intervention in cancer patients. The search time was from database inception to November 2023.RevMan 5.4 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis of the included literature. Results:A total of 10 studies involving 937 cancer patients were included. Results showed that the internet-based mindfulness intervention can relieve the anxiety of patients with cancer[SMD=-1.21,95%CI(-2.27,-0.16),P=0.02),depression[SMD=-1.32,95%CI(-2.55,-0.09),P=0.04),and stress level[SMD=-0.67,95%CI(-1.21,-0.13),P=0.01],but there had no obvious effect on post-traumatic growth[MD=-2.31,95%CI(-6.69,2.07),P=0.30]and quality of life[SM D=0.30,95%CI(-0.07,0.66),P=0.11].Conclusion:Existing evidence shows that internet-based mindfulness interventions can relieve the anxiety, depression and stress levels of cancer patients. The effects of internet-based mindfulness interventions on post-traumatic growth and quality of life need further study.关键词
