Abstract
In order to improve the safety and efficiency of pedestrian crossing the street and avoid potential accidents,the paper designs a pedestrian crossing safety warning system that can detect pedestrian crossing behavior and vehicle traffic in real-time.The system adopts image processing technology and embedded system technology.It can monitor the status of pedestrians,vehicles and traffic lights in real-time,and accurately and quickly remind pedestrians crossing the street to pay attention to their travel and safety.It improves urban traffic order,helps promote smart city construction and technological innovation in the field of traffic safety,and has certain theoretical and practical value.关键词
