The influence of AI awareness on employee's psychological and behavioral outcomes and its theoretical explanation
摘要
Abstract
AI awareness refers to employees'perception of the impact of AI on their work attitude,behavior,well-being,and work environment.The fourth Industrial Revolution has arrived,and while AI improves employee performance,it also brings risks and uncertainties that have a huge impact on employees.Current AI awareness research is fragmented and fuzzy,hindering understanding of how AI application affects employee psychology and behavior.In order to explore the specific impact of AI application on employees and its function explanation mechanism,the concept connotation of AI awareness was first clarified.Secondly,it reveals the effect of AI awareness.Thirdly,the theoretical explanation mechanism of AI awareness is explained based on resource perspective,emotional perspective,demand perspective and environmental perspective.Finally,the future research framework of AI awareness is constructed to provide theoretical reference for future related research and insights for organizational decision-making.关键词
