Abstract
To expand the demonstration method for the development of new equipment,drawing inspi-ration from the concept of input-output efficiency in the field of economics,an evaluation system is pro-posed in which both resource input and combat capability are considered comprehensively in equip-ment production in this paper.The ANP-DEA method is employed to establish a network-based assess-ment system for anti-UAV swarm combat capability.Additionally,considering the characteristics of this system,indicators such as damage assessment ability are incorporated.The weights of all levels of indicators are calculated using ANP,and the efficiency of eight types of equipment production is ana-lyzed and ranked using super-efficiency DEA.By means of this approach,certain limitations in current evaluations regarding anti-UAV swarm equipment capabilities are addressed by providing a more com-prehensive content with closely linked indicators,thereby valuable insights for new equipment develop-ment planning are offered.关键词
