摘要
Abstract
Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a common fungal infection of vaginal mucosa with high infection rate and recurrence rate.A variety of factors can lead to the imbalance of vaginal microbial flora,and then induce vulvovaginal candidiasis.Due to the influence of antibiotics,immunosuppressants,and clinical non-standard drug use,a growing number of antifungal drug problems acquired drug resistance.Based on this,in this paper,the vulva vagina candida disease pathogenesis and drug resistance mechanism were reviewed,aimed to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.关键词
