Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Yuncheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to March 2023 were selected.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into the observation group(n=50,laparoscopic myomectomy)and the control group(n=40,open myomectomy).The operation related indicators,complications,and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of incision infection,subcutaneous emphysema,and intestinal obstruction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,2,and 3 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids is good,which can promote postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of complications.关键词
