Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum uric acid,apolipoprotein A-1(ApoA1),triglyceride(TG)/high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and H type hypertension in elderly women.Methods A total of 198 patients with H type hypertension admitted to Zibo Municipal Government Hospital of Shandong Province from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 198 patients with common hypertension during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum uric acid,ApoA1,and TG/HDL-C were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum uric acid,ApoA1,and TG/HDL-C in patients with grade 1,2,and 3 hypertension in the observation group were compared.The predictive value of serum uric acid,ApoA1,and TG/HDL-C alone and in combination was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The levels of serum uric acid and TG/HDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of ApoA1 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum uric acid and TG/HDL-C in patients with grade 3 hypertension([389.85±40.15]μmol/L,[1.78±0.28])were higher than those in patients with grade 2 hypertension([328.96±34.25]μmol/L,[1.47±0.26])and grade 1 hypertension([291.52±30.14]μmol/L,[1.24±0.22]).The level of ApoA1([1.15±0.19]g/L)was lower than that of hypertension grade 2([1.37±0.22]g/L)and hypertension grade 1([1.48±0.26]g/L)(P<0.05).The levels of serum uric acid and TG/HDL-C in patients with grade 1 hypertension were lower than those in patients with grade 2 hypertension,and the level of ApoA1 was higher than that of grade 2 hypertension(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of combined detection(0.934)was higher than that of serum uric acid,ApoA1,TG/HDL-C(0.811,0.728,0.825).Conclusion Serum uric acid,ApoA1 and TG/HDL-C are closely related to the severity of H type hypertension in elderly women,and the combined detection has a high predictive value.关键词
