Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Irinotecan combined with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy on pain degree and quality of life in patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Irinotecan combined with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy,and the control group was treated with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy.The degree of pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional,physical,cognitive,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irinotecan combined with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy can significantly relieve pain and improve quality of life in patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer.关键词
