双基站空间定位与测量系统在主管道安装中的应用OA北大核心CSTPCD
Application of dual base station spatial positioning and measurement system in installation of main pipelines
针对百分表、直尺测距等传统主管道焊接变形量及趋势的监测方法对人员技能水平要求高、数据计算量大、存在反馈不及时等问题,开展了双基站空间定位与测量系统在主管道安装过程中动态监测应用研究.基于非接触、面阵式测量特点,能够通过多相机实现视场角范围内多个测量点一次测量,瞬时获取大量数据,具有测量效率高的技术优势.通过各主设备端管口及主管道模拟定位、测量系统现场布设及标定、监测基准选择、组对焊接过程监测等工艺流程的实施,实现了该系统在某核电项目主管道焊接全过程监测,能够较好地掌握管道位移变化情况.根据各管口监测数据分析,其累计收缩量在7.43~8.73 mm范围,满足提前预留7~9 mm安装调节控制余量的要求,验证了该系统在主管道安装组对过程中能够提供精准的数据支持,在质量控制和工效提升方面具有一定的应用价值.
In response to the issues of traditional monitoring methods for welding deformation and trends of main pipelines,such as dial gauges and rulers,which require high levels of personnel skills,involve large amount of data calculation,and have delays in feedback,the research has primarily focused on the application of dual-base station spatial positioning and measurement systems for dynamic monitoring during the installation process of main pipelines.Based on non-contact and array-type measurement characteristics,this system can achieve one-time measurement of multiple measurement points within the field of view through multiple cameras to instantly obtain a large amount of data,and exhibits a technical advantage of high measurement efficiency.Through the implementation of technological processes including simulated positioning of pipe orifices at various main equipment ends,on-site layout and calibration of the measurement system,selection of monitoring benchmarks,and monitoring of the assembly and welding process,the system achieved full-process monitoring of the welding of the main pipeline in a nuclear power project,and can effectively grasp the changes in pipeline displacement.Based on cumulative analysis of the monitoring data of each pipe orifice,the cumulative shrinkage was found to be in the range of 7.43~8.73 mm,satisfying the pre-reserved installation adjustment and control allowance of 7~9 mm.This verifies that the system can provide precise data support during the installation and assembly process of the main pipeline,demonstrating its certain application value in quality control and work efficiency improvement.
