摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in People's Hospital of Hechi from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the study group was treated with flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin.The treatment effect,laboratory indexes,pulmonary ventilation function,symptom improvement time,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,total lung capacity,and vital capacity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of lung rales,and the disappearance time of cough in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has remarkable clinical effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
