Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to Yantian District People's Hospital of Shenzhen City from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,and the observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure levels,hemodynamic indexes,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity,resistance index,and pulsatility index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is definite,which can effectively control blood pressure levels,improve hemodynamic indexes,and reduce the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
