云南晋宁某低品位磷矿选矿技术实验研究OA
Experimental Study on Beneficiation Technology of a Low Grade Phosphate Ore in Jinning,Yunnan
云南晋宁某低品位胶磷矿属于混合型磷块岩,其 w(P2O5)为 18.45%,w(MgO)2.39%,w(SiO2)35.88%.在常温条件下,当磨矿细度≤0.074 mm占97.18%时,采用"正-反浮选工艺流程"对该矿进行选别.通过闭路实验获得w(P2O5)28.51%、w(MgO)0.95%、w(SiO2)19.70%、P2O5 回收率为81.70%的精矿指标,实现了该矿的有效分选.
A low-grade collophanite ore from Jinning,Yunnan Province belongs to mixed phosphate rock,with a w(P2O5)grade of 18.45%,w(MgO)2.39%,and w(SiO2)35.88%.Under normal temperature conditions,when the grinding fineness of-0.074mm accounts for 97.18%,the ore is separated by using the "forward-reverse flotation process",and the concentrate indexes of w(P2O5)28.51%,w(MgO)0.95%,w(SiO2)19.70%,and w(P2O5)recovery of 81.70% are obtained through closed-circuit experiments.The effective sorting of the mine has been realized.
