云南晋宁某低品位磷矿选矿技术实验研究
Experimental Study on Beneficiation Technology of a Low Grade Phosphate Ore in Jinning,Yunnan
摘要
Abstract
A low-grade collophanite ore from Jinning,Yunnan Province belongs to mixed phosphate rock,with a w(P2O5)grade of 18.45％,w(MgO)2.39％,and w(SiO2)35.88％.Under normal temperature conditions,when the grinding fineness of-0.074mm accounts for 97.18％,the ore is separated by using the "forward-reverse flotation process",and the concentrate indexes of w(P2O5)28.51％,w(MgO)0.95％,w(SiO2)19.70％,and w(P2O5)recovery of 81.70％ are obtained through closed-circuit experiments.The effective sorting of the mine has been realized.关键词
