Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of vaginal delivery transferring to caesarean section in parturients with intraspinal labor analgesia. Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,868 parturients with intraspinal labor analgesia who underwent vaginal delivery in Wenshang County Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center were selected. The clinical data of parturients were collected and analyzed, and the influencing factors of vaginal delivery transferring to caesarean section in parturients with intraspinal labor analgesia were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in delivery time, prenatal body mass index, gestational age, fetal weight, fever during analgesia, uterine orifice size during analgesia, and times of additional drugs(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the number of births>1 and the uterine orifice size>3 cm during analgesia were the protective factors for vaginal delivery transferring to caesarean section in parturients with intraspinal labor analgesia, and the fetal weight≥4000 g,fever during analgesia, and the times of additional drugs>1 were the risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of births>1 and the uterine orifice size>3 cm during analgesia are the protective factors for vaginal delivery transferring to caesarean section in parturients with intraspinal labor analgesia, and the fetal weight≥4000 g,fever during analgesia, and the times of additional drugs>1 are the risk factors.Management of labor process should be strengthened, risk factors should be identified as early as possible, and preoperative preparations should be made to ensure the safety of the mother and child.关键词
