以某核桃加工企业的核桃洗果污水为研究对象,采用芬顿反应进行无害化处理.结果表明,最佳的处理工艺为在酸性条件下,加入 3.50 g 七水合硫酸亚铁,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入 30%的过氧化氢溶液200 mL,反应4h;再然后加0.70 g氧化钙,调节pH值至 8 左右.该技术具有成本低廉、达标处理时间短、效率高、无害化等特点,适用于不同规模核桃初加工过程洗果水无害化处理环节.

The walnut washing wastewater from a certain walnut processing enterprise was taken as the research object,and the Fenton reaction was used for harmless treatment.The results showed that under acidic conditions,3.50 g of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate was added,stirred until completely dissolved,and 200 mL of 30%hydrogen peroxide solution was added.After 4 hours of reaction,0.70 g of calcium oxide was added to adjust the pH value to around 8.This technology has the characteristics of low cost,short standard treatment time,high efficiency,and harm-less treatment,and is suitable for the harmless treatment of fruit washing water in the initial processing of walnuts of different scales.
