Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of different doses of Ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on anesthesia effect and intraoperative hemodynamic indexes of parturients with cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 parturients with cesarean section admitted to Laiyang People's Hospital,Shandong Province from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects. All the parturients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with 2 ml 0.75%Ropivacaine,and the study group was anesthetized with 1 ml 75%Ropivacaine.The anesthesia effect and intraoperative hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time of sensory block, onset time of motor block, duration of sensory block, and recovery time of motor block in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 minutes of anesthesia, the mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the heart rate(HR)was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the fetus was delivered, the MAP in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the HR was lower than that in the control group, and the oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in stroke volume at different time points between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose Ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section has a good anesthetic effect, which can maintain the stability of intraoperative hemodynamic indexes, and has a positive significance.关键词
