摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Probiotics combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 134 children with acute gastroenteritis admitted to Daxin Health Center of Jimo District in Qingdao from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the study group by the lottery method,with 67 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Azithromycin,and the study group was treated with Probiotics on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficiency,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions,and the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficiency rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever,and vomiting in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 1 day and 3 days,the levels of CRP in both groups were decreased,and the level in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Probiotics combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis is better,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and the level of CRP,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
