Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Progesterone combined with Yunkang Oral Liquid in the treatment of patients with habitual abortion.Methods A total of 126 patients with habitual abortion admitted to Shenzhen Maternity&Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the coin toss method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Yunkang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum hormone levels,symptom scores,symptom relief time,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone,estradiol,and human chorionic gonadotropin β in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of soreness of loins,vaginal bleeding,and lower abdominal distending pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of soreness of loins,lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,and abdominal distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Progesterone and Yunkang Oral Liquid has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with habitual abortion,which is beneficial to improve the serum hormone levels of patients,relieve symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
