Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients with cesarean section admitted to the First People's Hospital of Tianshui from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the parturients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received Ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,while the observation group received Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The incidence of adverse reactions,clinical indicators,stress response indicators,and anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After anesthesia,the systolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory frequency,and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of endothelin-1,cortisol,and norepinephrine in both groups increased,but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug onset time,exercise recovery time,and analgesic time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has a good application effect in cesarean section.关键词
