Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Qingkailing Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules in the treatment of children with influenza and influence on inflammatory indicators.Methods A total of 86 children with influenza admitted to Xiangcheng Town Health Center in Lanling County from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules,while the observation group was treated with Qingkailing Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,and nasal obstruction in the observation group was([1.15±0.14],[1.93±0.28],and[1.84±0.77]days),which was shorter than that in the control group([2.26±0.17],[2.21±0.42],and[3.49±1.05]days),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein in the observation group was(9.87±2.13)mg/L,and the level of interferon-γ was(1.38±0.23)μg/L,which were lower than([12.98±2.24]g/L and[1.91±0.32]μg/L)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.98%)was lower than that in the control group(23.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with influenza with Qingkailing Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules can effectively alleviate symptoms,reduce inflammation indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
