市售化橘红总黄酮含量测定研究

摘要
Abstract
(Objective)A preliminary study on the quantitative determination of total flavonoids of commercial Exocarpium Citri Grandis in the market of Guangzhou circulation area,which provide a easy basis on the quality investigation of Exocarpium Citri Grandis sold as commercial me-dicinal materials.(Methods)Using the ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the detective wave length set at 283 nm.Naringin was served as a ref-erence standard.(Results)With methanol as solvent extraction,ultrasonic 40 minutes of preparation and ultraviolet detection,there was signifi-cant difference in the content of total flavonoid of each sample.(Conclusion)The contents of total flavonoid of sample sold on market had quality problem,which provided a reference for quality investigation of Exocarpium Citri Grandis.关键词
