The article introduces the working principle and characteristics of oxidation-type exhaust gas treatment devices.It analyzes the reasons for the exceedance of exhaust gas standards during normal operation,start-up and shutdown periods,and abnormal conditions in the natural gas purification industry when using these devices.The article proposes specific solutions such as precise air distribution for sulfur recovery devices and controlling the concentration of solutions in the exhaust gas treatment devices.Furthermore,it offers optimization suggestions from aspects of process flow optimization,interlock settings,and automation upgrades to ensure that the oxidation-type exhaust gas treatment devices meet the standards at all times.
