Abstract
To ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance and repair,the Electric Power Safety Work Regulations propose technical measures for controlling hazards during maintenance and repair work.It mainly includes disconnecting energy,releasing energy,power outage,pressure relief,isolation,ventilation,setting up safety warning signs,locking valves,and installing barriers(fences).However,due to imperfect technical means and weak safety self-discipline awareness among some maintenance personnel,there are still significant hidden dangers in on-site safety control.Therefore,reliable isolation,locking,and safety control of valves that are strictly prohibited from operation are crucial,which can not only avoid harm to operators but also avoid significant economic losses.关键词
