摘要

Abstract

The main task of the overhaul of a large mixed flow hydroelectric generator is to complete the disassembly,inspection,and reinstallation of turbine and generator.The disassembly process of each coupling bolt and interference fit part is particularly important,and once the bolt gets stuck,it will greatly affect the maintenance period.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the causes of bolt jamming during maintenance of a large mixed flow unit in a power plant,and proposes multiple improvement measures.After implementation,the probability of bolt jamming has been greatly reduced.
